App State Cancelled

Good morning everyone,

I hate to make news like this but after a late night meeting the decision has been made to cancel App State.

To allow for riders to maintain their nationals trajectory, we will count any participation in the Hincapie Series events located down the mountain at the Rock Hill criterium course towards a rider's mass start total and any upgrades that they would be seeking. The event will not count towards Conference Omnium standings.

My goal is to communicate with the organizer with the goal of honoring the collegiate rate that we have in the conference.

I apologize for any inconvenience this could have caused. We are making this decision now instead of later to hopefully allow for riders/teams to make adjustments accordingly.

Wow!!! That’s a lot of money wasted. Non-refundable hotel rooms. Who do I submit to for reimbursement on that?
