Thank You CM Sallie Alcorn

CM Sallie Alcorn has been a strong supporter of the Alief Super Neighborhood Council through her contributions to our tree planting projects and back breaking work to actually plant the trees.

Finding it difficult to hand dig holes in our dry, sometimes rocky soil, she told Barbara that it was too hard, and we should use an auger, and promised Barbara she would donate one.

It took her a while to make the donation, but she kept her promise to Barbara today!  She could not present it directly to Barbara, but in the attached picture, you see Sallie and Barbara's granddaughter, Katy.  

Thank you Sallie for your continued support of ASNC, and the great work you do for the entire City.
