Hello,

my friend and i are working on a school project, and we would like to know, if the Meshroom algorithm works differently using:
- Linux / Windows
- 16/32GB Ram
- Intel / Ryzen

We are using the software to render a 3D object from multiple 2D images. We both rendered the same object using identical images, and the results were different. So we would like to know if the computer software/hardware has any impact on the algorithm.

Best regards,

Hi David,
There are steps involving random selections, so the results are not fully identical but the quality level of the output should be the same on all workstations.
The coordinate system of the output will also change from one run to another.
