Quarterly Maintenance amount for Aug 19 to Oct 19

Please find the quarterly Expense sheet for Month  May to  Jul 2019 and expected for Aug to Oct 2019.

Kindly remit the same by 10th August. request you to pay "10000/-" for three months per flat. Please be informed, that I am doing the calculations and estimation only. 

Last quarter expense details are also mentioned and rounded off for convenience.

Any Queries, please revert by Saturday(10th Aug). Requesting earliest payment by all. 10th Aug maximum date. Many have made late payments and few members reduced amount, please co-operate.

We have deficit amount due to two members non-payment , Please recheck and send the payment along with this quarter. Please don't do IMPS and do NEFT always, and do msg me once you do it.

Sunil is having difficulty in timely payments, Last month I sent 20k to satisfy payment to our vendor. You need to understand your tenants are going to face the problems due to that. Last quarter on wards people who don't pay by 10th of the month have to pay penalty. I hope this is a reasonable request to all to make timely payment, irrespective of issues you may have in doing that. We estimated 700/- per tanker this entire quarter. This month also we might have to pay at this cost, next month we will negotiate with vendor. We are also not happy with this price, given the crisis we need to look for alternate options. We need to look for few more options for longer term, or we are stuck with vendor's traps. Please come forward with suggestions.
