I was talking to John @ EED and he suggested that I contact the group for some guidance.
I have errors #709, 713, & 744 that all involve my dual enrolled students. All their information within PS is correct but when the OASIS report is generated, the report has an added 3rd line for these students so their AgDA, AgDM and unexcused absences are incorrect. PS is working on this and has elevated it to the Development Team as a Priority 1. John mentioned that there were other Districts that were experiencing similar issues. If you are having these troubles, please let me know and I can share my case # with you so maybe PS can look at everything combined.
I have some additional errors and they are also involving students that were dual enrolled. IS there a way to show the APS information and graduation information on only the primary enrolled school or will I need to manually make these corrections on the OASIS spreadsheet? (I do not know if it is possible to separate this info within PS for the 2 schools. On my current report, it is showing the info on BOTH schools and causing errors because a student cannot graduate from 2 schools and APS cannot be reported for one student at 2 schools. I hope that makes sense.) Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! I can do this manually but if there is a way to correct so there aren't future issues I would like to learn that.
