Starting with the easy fixes first, I corrected the FTE for 6 Pre-K students (it was .25 under Fall Oasis, but incorrectly .75 under enrollment), but the error still appears after refreshing. Is that normal?

Here is an example of what the Special Ed. page would look like for a student who has exited Special Ed.
Enter the date the student exited sped as the ‘Last Disability Exit Date’ and ‘Transfer to General Education Date’.
Change Transfer to General Education to ‘Yes’.
Leave the disability code, sped placement, and IEP July/October fields as they should be reported for this year’s Fall and Summer OASIS.
Next fall, you’ll change the disability code to ‘00’, clear the sped placement code, and change the July 1 to ‘X’ and Oct 1 to ‘N’.
As Kyle said, you’ll keep the Transfer to General Education set to ‘Yes’ and leave the Transfer to GE date for a couple of years.

Subject: [AKPSUG] Sped exit OASIS question

When I exit a student from Special Education, do I remove all codes: disability, environment, etc.? I recall, in the past we were supposed to leave those codes for one year, but I think they removed that rule last year.
Thanks!
Julie
