I realize that I'm late, but I can't find any information on where to send my symposium results.  Searching the AIS website is a fruitless pain in the rear.  Also, we usually receive an excel spreadsheet to help count, but I didn't receive anything like that.  Did any other RVPs receive that?

Are we even still doing the symposium?

Hope you have some helpful info for me.

Open the website: http:irises.org

Click on the first choice, About.

Click on the fifth choice, Awards & Symposium.

There you go.

You made it.

Scroll down to Symposium.

Just in case: "Your ballot must be mailed to and received by your Regional Vice President (RVP) by

August 1, 2020 in order to be counted."

The name of your RVP is listed inside each AIS Bulletin and can be found:

http://www.irises.org/about-ais/regions-affiliated-societies/

My understanding is that there normally is an Excel spreadsheet from Riley to aid our counting.  It's my first year as RVP so I can't confirm that by direct experience.  There is a deadline for the RVPs to get their results in to him; I'm not sure what that is.

Hi all,

    In the past, there is a spreadsheet for the RVPs to enter their tally and an email address to send the completed spreadsheet.  I am unable to find that information.  If you have that information, please share..

The deadline is August 1 to get the ballots to the RVP, September 1 to get the tally to Riley Probst.

Thanks, Andi.  What I was looking for was whether Riley Probst was still the contact for RVPs to send their counts to and how we should contact him.  But I got the due dates mixed up.  Now I realize that I still have an entire month, which is a relief!  I'm sure Riley will send us our excel spreadsheet counter soon.
