As you keep interested in such matters, I thought I share this information with you. It has nothing to do with my personal advertisement.

According to this ranking, in the field of Engineering and Technology, I am no .1 (Best Scientist) in Zambia as well as Best Scientist in the field of Earth Sciences (in Zambia).

My total citation is 5853 (5919 according to Google Scholar), the second-best scientist in Zambia.  My total h-index or total H (score) is: 31 (actually 32 According to Google Scholar), and 3rd best scientist in Zambia. My highest citation is 548 (multiple-author paper) and 350 (my single-author paper).

As I am not in TU, they ranked me from Zambia at the University of Zambia. This ranking is done for the best scientists from the Universities of each country of the world. 

According to this ranking Hem Raj Pant from the Institute of Engineering is no .1 from Nepal: with 40 H-index (same in Google Scholar) and 4187 (4228 in Google Scholar) the total citations (in the field of Engineering and Technology). Highest citation of one paper (273 multiple authors). My google Scholar address is: (https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=W7rdmf8AAAAJ&hl=en)

Also, see the top countries in the world and the highest scores in that country (https://www.adscientificindex.com/country-ranking/). Nepal is 109th in the world in ranking and 32 among regional countries.

If we take H-index only then Hem Raj pant is No. 1 ranking in Nepal and if total Citation is taken into consideration, then I am No.1. I think, AD Scientific index takes both criteria and I don't know how they calculate. As AD scientific has not ranked me from Nepal, I am not sure who will come first from Nepal if both of us are ranked together. AD Scientific has ranked only 109 scientists from Nepal.
