Anyone is there to reply ?

As i know i had done all Adhaar related procedure in last month itself.

When I called Adhaar Helpline they told to contact Hrms Cell, when I called Hrms cell they told to contact Adhaar helpline numbers that nobody answered

Again they told to update Attendance and that also I did but no use.

On same day I raised complaint in Hrms help desk they resolved complaint saying contact Hrms cell.

Can someone please explain where am wrong or y cant I get my salary? After following all procedures.

Yes, we can reply but not sure if it that will resolve the issue.

Can you please check the reason why salary is not generated? Option is available under "Problem/Query/Request" > "Reason For Salary Not Generating Report". This screen will show the exact reason. Once the reason is known, we can try and find ways to solve the issue.

I tried all options u said and u could see that they removed/disabled Problem status report...

Other options as u said 

Salary not generating...it's for SHOW n not for use.

But my personal experience is different. The reason shown in the salary not generating report is always accurate. I don't recall a single instance where this report was not correct.

Just out of curiosity, can you share the reason displayed in the salary not generating report? A screenshot of the report result would be helpful.

Thank you for sharing. From this it seems that salary has been stopped for new DDOs. There are no issues but salary generation is deliberately blocked.

What HRMS Cell says about it? Why is salary blocked for New DDOs? There may be sone issues with other connected applications like Khajane2. Did you try to get a clarification on this from HRMS Cell?

Hrms Cell told to update Attendance and I did that too...no use

After they gave me some landline number that I need to try.

But my question is why they didn't try to find solutions n tell?

Y they neglecting?

I should know my mistakes.

For just adding Adhaar no Why they need new App? They could have gave some options in Hrms itself ask like Voter ID.

Why they didn't send prior notification to all DDOs with tutorial?

Whoever did that procedures they are not able to generate salaries.but those who didn't know anything about this they got their salaries without any problems.

Sir, government is a very huge organization and we can't always expect the system to be perfect. Though It is natural to feel WHY ME? but there may be many others facing the same problem.

I will try to ask other DDOs in our Slack group and let you know if anyone shares a solution.

Sir, I already suggested that but was told it was not much helpful. But in my experience, salary not generating report under problem query request will be always perfect.

I shouldn't ask but would you mind sharing your HRMS login credentials? So that I will just have this report looked at? You may direct message me the credentials if that's ok with you.

Thank you for sharing and you are right Sir, the salary not generating report shows nothing. But in the complaint remarks it is mentioned that:

As per the directions of PD, HRMS salary has been stopped for few DDOs.

It is very unfortunate that your DDO code is one among them for which salary is stopped.

If possible, it is better you visit HRMS Cell in MS Building, Gate-1 basement and ask for clarification. If you are unable to visit, have a friend or colleague visit for you.

We really hope that the issue will be resolved very soon.

Just now saw an update in Slack group. DDOs who haven't approved AADHAAR details are not allowed to generate salary.

Few other DDOs are also unable to generate salary even though they have update and approved AADHAAR details.

May be they have generated the list of DDOs who haven't approved AADHAAR details quite long ago. So whoever updated on a date after the report was fetched are still unable to generate salary.

Best is to visit MS Building and request PD, HRMS to allow DDOs who have now approved AADHAAR details. As far as I know, Sri. Shakeel, Joint Director, Horticulture Department was the PD, HRMS.

Yesterday I have  approved AADHAAR details in Adhar app at 8.00 pm and the salary generated at 10.00 pm and also sent to K2.
