I am Dr.Sindhu.K.Darshini,Senior Veterinary Officer, working at Veterinary Diapensary, Thandavapura,Nanjangud taluk,Mysore district.I am unable to send the pending arrears bill to K2. Please find the attached image for your reference and please do the needful as early as possible .

Firstly, this is not the official channel to report HRMS related issues. Please contact your HOD for quick rectification of issues.

From the screenshot, it seems like there is a missing deduction sub head without which the bill can't be pushed to K2. So your HOD HRMS helpdesk might help to resolve this issue.
