Regarding problem in probationary details updation of Dr. Shivkumar in HRMS

Respected Sir/ Madam, This Dr. Shivkumar, VD Gonal, Dist. Yadgiri. Respected Sir/ Madam whenever, i try to update my probation details, i am getting a window directing to update probation extension details (SCREENSHOT ATTACHED). As i have passed my dept. Exam after 2 year. 

         In my probationary clearing order they have not mentioned the probationary extension date but in HRMS it is asking to mention. So now i want clarification about which date i have to add in probationary extension details means weather i have to add gazette notification of dept. exam result date or probation cleared order date. Pls guide me to update my probationary details in HRMS. plz find Screen Shot of HRMS and my probationary clearance order. 

Exam clearance status : Cleared 

Exam Clearance date : 06/11/2020

Effective date of Probation declaration : 22/05/2020

Declaration order No : ಪಸಮೀ.ಇ-60.ಪಸಸೇ.2021.(ಭಾ-01)

Declaration order dated on : 07/02/2022.

Hello,

This is a tricky situation. HRMS asks for the order date in which your probation period was extended. But, Department has not (and will not) issue extensions. Procedurally, the Department is at fault.

However, as a workaround, you can use the probation cleared order date for extending the probation period in HRMS until you reach the date of clearing probation period. This is not correct but it can be done (not very sure about the later implications of it).
