Export data: No downloading

Dear all,

I would like to export some datasets from Agouti. However, the system does not seem to respond anymore. Could you please help to get the data? Maybe it is linked to the issue raised on the traffic issue: "uploading and annotation slow"?

After you trigger an export the system will generate a data package in the background. In large projects, this can take up to one hour. You can see the status om the export page if you refresh. Please let us know if you see the status ‘Failed’, in that case something went wrong.

Dears,

 

It seems Aythya ferina (Tafeleend) is missing in the list of available species in Agouti. Can it be added?

Dears,

 

I’ve been trying to load pictures from our new Wildpix-camera, but they keep getting failed. I have tried to change the format, change the size, etc. but Agouti keeps refusing them so I guess it has something to do with the image attributes.

 

In attachment one of these pictures.

 

Do you have any idea why the upload of these images might fail and if it can be changed?

Looks like this camera model is not yet recognized by Agouti. We will add support and let you know when these files will be accepted.

This camera model should be supported now. Can you please try uploading the pictures again?

Dears,

 

Since a few weeks the possibility to add and use common names for species during annotation seems to be removed from our projects. Was this intentionally? If not, can this be restored? Not all our photo processors know all the scientific names of all the animals we capture.

Dear Johan,

 

This change was intentional, since the project-level common names were causes complexity and overhead. Users can still see common names if they select this option in their personal settings. If no common name is available, the species’ scientific name will be shown in italic. Let us know in that case, so we can add it.
