Jorge,

Ideaboardz does seem to be work, but it's just not as flexible as a full whiteboarding option and signup isn't very intuitive. I used it for over a year before convincing the company to buy miro with team doing 2 week sprints. The leader needs to sign up. Everyone else can be just using the link. It's useful for an online lean coffee or retrospective, i.e. it has swim lanes.

My honest feedback is even if there was a free version - it would be a waste to use it. Everyone has hopped on Miro/Mural.

My team has adapted most in-person games to Mural already. I wouldn’t advise using anything else. Your customers are using one of the two

I often use google jamboards or google drawings for a simple free alternative (depending if you have google suite or not), obviously not quite as power packed. Depending what you're doing though it may work as a simple collaboratively whiteboarding tool. :)

If you can reach Google, then Google Slides makes a nice collaboration
tool, also. It tends to be easier for people to drive without previous
experience.
