These words of Winston Churchill comes rushing back whenever Uganda is mentioned.

“ Famously, Winston Churchill defined Russia as "a riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma,"”

Replace Russia with Uganda snd you get the same outcome.

Uganda is a country that was built by the lunatic express which runs from Mombasa, Kenya. The country is severely limited by inter-tribal squabbles. It is so bad that an effective, democratic  leadership maybe impossible. If there is a country in Africa ripe for breakup it is Uganda.
