Which operating system?  What version of QGIS?  Have you tried a different QGIS version?

Cheers,
Pedro

Hi Hsing-Kai (Cooper),

The OpenMatrix package depends on PyTables, which is a compiled package and therefore platform (and architecture)-specific.

Since the Mac M1 is rather new, support for it is still in its infancy (AequilibraE itself does not support it, but could be compiled for it).  For your more immediate problem, I would recommend looking at this StackOverflow post https://stackoverflow.com/questions/65839750/installing-python-tables-on-mac-with-m1-chip

If you have Conda installed, you could install it directly with conda install pytables and then pip install openmatrix.

I hope that helps.

Cheers,
Pedro

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, the problem on M1 Mac was not solved, so I tried to install it on windows and it worked and did what I wanted, thank you again!

Best,
Cooper
