Simple complete tutorial in details

Hello everyone, my name is Nikola and I am a traffic engineer currently working at the Urban planning Institute in Belgrade, Serbia. As a transportation planner, I am impresed that there is opensource modeling platforms for traffic planning. I am using PTV Visum for modelling and I am finding a way how to leave it. My question is are there any videos from start to finish in details for nobs like me how to make a simple traffic assignment using AequilibraE 0.6.2 plugin for links, nodes, matrices to assignment (in can be only with a few links and nodes)? I'm really interested and new to this. Thanks in advance.

Hi Nikola, 

There are many videos on YouTube aboit it, and the most complete was done by Roberta Maletta. 

The documentation on AequilibraE.com also has a few workflows for you do work in Python directly. 

If you look at the message archives here you will find a step-by-step document developed by another user. 

There is not, however, a comprehensive manual of the software just yet. The development team is quite small and unfunded, so we literally need to fit its development in our free time.
