Error in Adding AequilibraE QGIS extension

Hi everyone, 

I am running into a strange error when I install the extension. I have tried installing different versions of QGIS, different versions of AequilibraE ,and unistalled programs (Different Python Versions), which may be causing a conflict with AequilibraE, but still recieve an error when adding AequilibraE. It must be something on my side, but I am unsure what it could be at this point. If anyone has any useful solutions or knows how to fix this issues please let me know.

We are making a new release today Thanks to @Renata Imai, but you can install from the zip file while we wait for the release to be approved by the QGIS overlords.
