TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'productItemId')

Hello,

Trying to get some help on this (previously submitted, see below) bug:

Getting this error: "TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'productItemId')" when trying to run my script.

NOTE: this is the exact same script used on another account where it runs perfectly. 

The only change was to change to google sheet url/id.

My understanding for this error, from another post here: https://groups.google.com/g/adwords-scripts/c/Y92HY3YoyQQ?pli=1, indicates there is a variable missing data but i did log the 'row' variable and there is data in there.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, the "Reply privately to the author option or a direct private reply" options are disabled (see screenshot below).

I really need your help. Is there another way to get this information to you?

The concern account id is 741-792-8069, we are facing issues in conversion tracking tags. Kindly investigate thoroughly and provide support on this ASAP.

is not our account. Not sure who that is.

2. “Facing issues with tracking tags.” - what do you mean here? The error I am facing has to do with our google ads script. Are you saying our script is not working due to tacking tags?
