Well you need to learn Javascript. Ads script is based on Javascript. I believe the 'legacy' version is based on ES5 (aka ES2009) and the new experience is based on ES6 (aka ES2015) and after ES6 the names seem to be based on years ES2016, ES2017,...a newer release always seems to be released at the same time I get comfortable with the current one...

what is about third party like google ads scripting using python, 

can we use coding to create ads which which based on events on websites, website cursor move like that....

can we give what we can do using google ads script depth, any docs...

Kindly take note that we can only assist you with issues which you have encountered when generating your scripts and cannot provide any insights on Google Ads scripting using Python. I would like to inform you that Google Ads scripts use simple JavaScript in a browser-based IDE. Only entry-level familiarity with JavaScript is needed. All you need is a Google Ads account to start writing your first script. I believe that you can use scripts to automate common procedures or interact with external data—for one to many Google Ads accounts.

 

I would advise that you check our documentation to gain knowledge on how you may implement your scripts, as it contains various references and examples. We also have sample solution scripts you may use as reference for a more advanced usage of Ads scripts. That being said, feel free to reach out to us if you've encountered an issue when generating your scripts.
