Recently observed the script is not working anymore for Targeting CPM bid strategy. But it works for Manual CPV bid strategy. I use bulk CSV upload AdsScript feature.

Here is the details:

Google Ads account ID: Believe Digital Group (119-789-0634)
Name of the affected script: TEST-ADS-REVAMP-STG in this set I stuck at campaignScript.gs
Screenshot of the error:  I am not really getting any error.
The actual scenario is when requesting campaign creation with all columns as I specified in my first mail using upload.forCampaignManagement(); upload.apply(); 
I used to search for 60 attempts to find the created campaign each attempts will have 3seconds of wait time in the beginning.
 I used to get the campaign result during these attempts. But for Targeting_CPM now I am not receiving any response hence I declare the campaign creation failed. And campaign is not even created at admanager too. 

I used try{}catch(err){} too but no use
