Getting empty image in the imageUrl when calling getAds api from google adwords

Hi Team,
We are using getAds api from google adwords and we got data from that api. In that data we are getting this

​"previewImageUrl": "https://tpc.googlesyndication.com/simgad/11774871155854263382"

property when clicking the imageUrl it is blank. Can we get an explanation of why this happens and is there any resolutions

As per provided information, I understand that you are getting the blank imageUrl when trying to get data from the API. To assist you further, could you please confirm whether you are using the Google Ads API to retrieve the data? If yes, please provide us with the Google Ads customer ID and also provide the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end for further investigation.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.
