Missing Conversion Action of download

Hi,
I am trying to get conversion actions of download (in image)for my MCC by same query, it successfully return 2 conversion actions(iOS) First open and (Android 版）安装GP install, but missing a conversion actions ((Android) First open). 
Query
Return only 2 conversion actions

So I can look closer into the issue, could you also share the complete request and response logs along with the request ID?
If you haven't yet, you can enable logging, and since it appears that you are using the Ruby client library, you can refer to this guide as to how.
You may then send the requested details using the Reply privately to author option.
