I trying update budget to an account but i recieve this error "The billing setup is not eligible for budgets."

Regarding to your concern, can you first provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end when you weren't able to get the asset data so we can better investigate this and can provide precise recommendations to you?

You may then send the requested logs via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
