Thanks for reaching out. You would be able to use the Cost metric in the ACCOUNT_PERFORMANCE_REPORT to retrieve the sum of your cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-thousand impressions (CPM) costs during the time period you specified. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Thank you for reaching out. The ACCOUNT_PERFORMANCE_REPORT is working as before. You could also query the metrics.cost_micros from the customer resource in the Google Ads API.
