developer token basic access for the adWords Api

Google Ads API Compliance Team tell me that   this application was approved for basic access for App analytics and remarketing API on 05/04/2021, and than i get back from  Google Ads API Direct Support That  why encountered the AuthorizationError.SERVICE_ACCESS_DENIED error when i made calls to the AdWords API. This token is only allowed to be used for the API you were granted the access.

when i  applying for the Basic access for adWords api ,i get that "Your token associated with MCC ID: 923-426-5635 was already approved with App Conversion API.

You need to create a separate Manager account and apply for access for the Google Ads API through that."

but  don't have another manager account,

how can i reset the access of this developer token ?
