Filtering invalid clicks on the Click Performance Report

I'm trying to use the Click Performance Report for reporting. The report returns valid and invalid clicks (by design), but is there any way to screen out the invalid clicks?

Unfortunately, there is no way to filter out invalid clicks in the Click Performance Report results.
