Regarding outages, our team is not aware of any that may have caused issues related to authentication. For this, I would recommend that you reach out to the Google API Console support team, via this
link, for further information on what may have caused your credentials to fail.
Also, if you haven't yet, you can refer to this
documentation for information on what may cause your fresh tokens to become invalid.
