user test accounts and pending token to call AdWords API but faill

Hi Team,

We tried to get statistics for the adscampaign. I have been researching the official documentation for a few days, but the basic access api has not been approved. I used the built-in test manager account and its pending token to get the campaign information, but there are always some errors here. , like the following error message.

No handlers could be found for logger "googleads.common"

The error DEVELOPER_TOKEN_NOT_APPROVED means that you are using a developer token with Test Access for production calls. Could you confirm if your application for Basic Access has already reached 2 business days with no update from the Compliance Team? If yes, kindly follow this up by submitting this form as this is out of our scope.

Hi Dannison，

Now,i know i get the DEVELOPER_TOKEN_NOT_APPROVED error is because i using a developer token with Test Access for production calls. 

Ater that,i debugging my code successfully in test account. and my developer key get the basic access permission.but i also get a AuthorizationError.SERVICE_ACCESS_DENIED when run the code(pass in the test account).I browsed some posts.they say it need to upgrade the developer token.

so,can you tell me it is true or not?If true,how can i upgrade the developer token?

The error SERVICE_ACCESS_DENIED is usually encountered when your developer token is not approved for AdWords API use. With this said, could you provide your manager account Id via reply privately to author option so I could investigate this further?

I can see from your initial developer token request that you requested for the App Conversion and Remarketing API. Since you have already contacted the Compliance Team for an update, kindly wait for their response within 2 business days for the status of your developer token. If you did not receive any update from them, you may follow up your request via this form.
