Fetching Branded or non branded keywords list campaign wise

Hi  Everyone,

I have following queries , It wll be really helpful if you guys can help me out : 

 1> Is there any way of fetching branded and non branded keywords for a specific                 campaign usign REST API interface of google ad words.

      If yes?   Kindly provide specific link for information


2> At keywords level  can we fetch following fields :
      -  Revenue
      -  CPC  (it's not   -    avg CPC)
      - Conversions 
      - Avg .position

          If yes?   Kindly provide specific link for information

3>  Can we get Disapproved Ads and Broken URLs specific  to campaigns using REST

      API Interface.

   If yes?   Kindly provide specific link for information

4> Is there any way to get updated keywords list with time specific
     for eg : 20 Days since keywords  have been updated.

5> Any Kind of information on SQR

1. Can you please provide screenshot of the UI, Please reply privately to author options while sharing the details. The Google Ads API exposes both standard JSON REST endpoints and a high-performance gRPC interface. We provide pre-built client libraries to get you started
2.  you can use the keyword_view report using field.
3. You can user ad_group_ad report using field ad_group_ad.status=unknown. Can you please elaborate your concern about broken URL specific so that i can further investigate the issue.
4. You can use this code example for update keyword.
5. Can you please elaborate your concern about SQR.
