Good Morning, 

How can I obtain via api the kpis (clicks, impressions and cost) of a form extension? That is, what we see at the campaign level with click-type segmentation  and form extensión type. 

With the information that I obtain via api I cannot differentiate because they appear to me as type of click unknown.

You can see an example in this screenshot with 392 impressions, 1 click and 6,98 cost.

Before providing insights to your questions, could you please provide the whole Google Ads UI screenshot without redacted fields? Also, so we can know if the click type form extension is supported in the API or not which is causing the issue, could you please provide the complete API logs within the format of request and response logs with the request-id that generated on your end? If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. For privacy purposes, you can provide it via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsa...@google.com.
