Adwords api targeting idea INVALID_CRITERION_ID

i have request

 URL: https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/o/v201809/TargetingIdeaService Request ID: 0005d7e55d32fda20a56730d270e5c91 ResponseTime(ms): 318 OperationsCount: 1 IsFault: true FaultMessage: ApiException{applicationExceptionType=ApiException, errors=[CriterionError{apiErrorType=CriterionError, errorString=CriterionError.INVALID_CRITERION_ID, fieldPath=selector.searchParameters[0].locations[0], fieldPathElements=[FieldPathElement{field=selector}, FieldPathElement{field=searchParameters, index=0}, FieldPathElement{field=locations, index=0}], reason=INVALID_CRITERION_ID, trigger=2112}]}

but get INVALID_CRITERION_ID by location id. The location id contains in adwords/api/docs/appendix/geo/geotargets-2020-08-05.csv

Set any $location, returned error:  CriterionError.INVALID_CRITERION_ID @ selector.searchParameters[2].locations[0]; trigger:'2233'

As mentioned by my colleague, the AdWords API has already sunset. The error rate for requests to the AdWords API will start increasing toward 100% beginning on May 31, 2022. If you are currently using the AdWords API, you need to upgrade to the Google Ads API now or your applications will experience an increased rate of errors per the schedule on this blog post.

With this, you may try following this guide instead for generating keywords ideas and monthly search volume in Google Ads API. If the error persists there, then please provide the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end. You can send it via Reply privately to author option or send it on this email address googleadsa...@google.com.
