Search volume for a keyword is zero whereas in the past it was around 300K

Hi Adsapi team, 

So I have extracted search volume for some keywords a few months ago and one of such keyword was 'pellets'. It had an average search volume of 301K. Today I re-run my script and it returns None for this keyword which is very strange. It returns None both in Google Adwords API (old code) and the new Google Ads api. I also checked UI of keyword planner and it shows nothing in the search volume field. However, in the UI, you can clearly see the traffic graph which is around 300K. I noticed this for a few other keywords as well where I had search volume in the past but suddenly it has become zero. 

Can you look into this and tell me why this could be happening?

Thanks for reaching out. It seems you getting zero results in both the APIs and in the UI. Can you please confirm if this is the case? If so, this issue is not API specific, and it may have something to do with your account, in which case the product support team would be able to better assist.
