Access and edit the listing group of an asset group of a campaign

Hey yall,

Bit of a complicated question, I must admit. But, I'm looking for a way to view and edit the listing groups of an asset group of a particular campaign.

To explain what I mean as best as I can, through the UI.

Inside an account, you have several campaigns. By opening a Performance campaign and navigating to the Asset Groups, you view all the assets you have made.

By clicking "Listing Group" on one of the Assets, you view an array of items, which you can activate or deactivate at any time.

My question is: How can I perform the same actions from the API(the activation and deactivation of Listing Groups is what I'm more interested in, but I welcome any help with any of those parts)?

In order to view your product groups (or listing groups) using the API, you can report on them using the report type asset_group_product_group_view (for an asset group product group) or product_group_view (for a product group). In order to edit them, you may use the AssetGroupListingGroupFilterService. Let us know if you have any further clarifications.

 

If you are referring to something else, kindly provide a screenshot from the Google Ads UI showing the entity you'd like to view or edit. You may send it via the Reply privately to author option. Note that you may need to join the Google Group for you to use this option. If this option is not available on your end still, you may send the details directly to our alias `googleadsa...@google.com` instead.
