Issue Regarding CPC Deduction

Hi,

I have a concern regarding the CPC deductions in my Google Ads account. Google suggested a max top of page bid of €2.80, but I have noticed that Google is deducting more than €20.

Additionally, when I check the monthly average CPC, it is quite high—over €6.50.

I would like to know if anyone else has experienced the same issue. Also, I would appreciate any advice on how to tackle this situation.
