BudgetOrderService::getBillingAccounts returns null

[FW API]

Hello.

I'm trying to receive Billing Accounts by calling BudgetOrderService::getBillingAccounts. It returns null.

Steps undertaken:

- I open an AdwordsSession for an MCC customer id.

- That MCC is connected to a Billing Customer and is set to monthly invoice.

- The email address used for the api session is listed in the Billing Customer. 

- The email address used for the api session is an administrator for the MCC.

Are we missing something?

Seems like you are following the right process. Could you please share the complete SOAP logs using reply privately to the author option to investigate further?

You are using the MCC account. The MCC account won't be having have billing information hence you are seeing the empty result. Could you please make the API call to the client account that is having billing information. If the problem persists, share the logs using reply privately to the author option.

Hello,

I received the error log and replied to you privately on June 5th, you might have missed my email. In the logs, I see that you are making API call to the manager account:623-166-7853 instead to the client account. I see that the billing information is available in the account: 265-677-4596. Could you please try the same request to this account? which should return the billing account information.
