No Response from Google Ads API Token Application

We completed the Google Ads API Token Application almost 2 weeks ago and have received no response on the status of our application. We have checked ou spam folders and kept the inbox regularly monitored. We have completed the form with a request to upgrade our account from "Test Account" to "Basic Access" and need this approved ASAP.

We are facing the same issue with no response from Google at all. It's been over 1 week for us. I've opened several support tickets with Google and called their support with no luck on an update at all.

I understand your concern regarding the Developer Token Access Application, however please note that our team does not have visibility to the process of Developer token application. The Google Ads API compliance team handles this process. What we can do is to advise you to reach out to them via this form ( https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api ) and select the "I'm waiting to hear back about my API application! Help!" in the 3rd question. In addition, please note that the team usually responds with 48 to 72 hour business days. With this, please check your spam folders and inbox for their response.

Kindly note that matters related to the granting and approval process of these API applications are already outside of the scope of our API support team. As much as we want to assist, our team can only provide support to Google Ads API related concerns and technical implementations and we can't further comment on this as we don’t have any information or records of API access application. 

However, can you please share to us the Cases2 ID generated when you reached out to their team and your Google Ads Account CID? Our team is asking for this information because together with your Cases2 ID and Google Ads Account CID, we can raise your concern with a wider team for further assistance. You can provide it via the Reply privately to author option. For anyone coming back to this in the future, we finally received an email from the Google Ads API Compliance team. It was nearly a month after we submitted our application. Unfortunately, they said that the application did not include the design documentation so we had to provide a revised version. We are still waiting to hear back after this response.

FINAL UPDATE — Our token was approved! In total, it took 15 business days for approval. I hope the journey is faster for others in the future.
