Hi,
Status fields are represented differently between the AdWords API and the Google Ads UI. As for the fields ("Eligible (Limited): No matching landing pages" or "Eligible (Limited):Overlapping target") you pointed out, I'm afraid that these are currently not supported in the API. You may refer to this guide for the complete list of fields which are currently available.
