Regarding your question, conversion value rules does not appear to be supported in the Google Ads API. So our team can further verify, could you provide any screenshots or documentation where you are able to view this feature?
If you will be providing a complete Google Ads UI screenshot with your account details, you may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
