Location Extension doesn't show up in ad

Hi,

I follow the guide for creating location extension: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/feed-services-locations. I finished step 1- 4 that I associated the gmb feed with the customer: the result of getting CustomerFeedService:

Then my campaigns were created successfully. Inside the Google Ads UI's Ads & extensions page, the location extension was created, as it shown in the image:

When I clicked "View locations" inside the location extension, the address was correct (please see the picture):  

But when I hover on the new created ads, it was saying that I only setup "call" and "callout extension", no location extension: 

And in the preview page of all ads, there is no location extension tag value showing:

Is there anythings I'm missing?  Do I need to call "CampaignExtensionSettingService" to add the location extension in the campaign like "Call extension" and "Callout extension"?

However, this seems to be related more at the product level and our product support team would be the best bet to assist you here. You could reach out to them via help icon on the top right corner of your Google Ads account (once logged in). Let us know if you have any additional concerns related to API.

Hi Nikisha,

Is that mean once the location is created in "Ads & extensions" page, all the api coding procedures are finished? And the ads should be showing the location extension when it is publishes?

The product support team would be able to confirm it better whether the UI should reflect the location extensions added to the campaigns while hovering over the ads. However, the location extensions are added successfully for your account using the steps mentioned in the guide you followed. Let us know if you have any additional concerns.
