I try to modify Ad using PHP library, but it doesn't work. Please let me know the problem by looking at my code attached.

Could you confirm if your issue is with the PHP library? If yes, you may reach out directly to the PHP client library owners via their issues link, as they should be the more appropriate team to provide guidance with PHP library concerns.
However, if you are encountering API service specific errors, could you provide the complete SOAP request and response logs? You may send the logs using the Reply privately to author option.
