Hello,

We have an issue with search stream using the Python client. We see that quite often they freeze and then time out after over an hour giving us an exception: 500 Received RST_STREAM with error code 2. On our end there is no network usage or cpu load, so we seem to be waiting for something. Successful runs take about a minute.

The date interval seems to affect this behaviour, eg failing to download four days but succeeding with any smaller window.

Moving forward with your concern, in order for us to further check the cause of your issue, kindly provide us with the complete request and response logs with the request-id generated on your end when you encountered the issue, so that our team can take a closer look. We can check within these logs if the API returned some errors or there is some issue on the python client library side. You can provide it via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsa...@google.com.

For the Python client library, logging can be enabled by following this guide. Kindly note that it would help us investigate the cause of your error if we have these logs.
