Thanks for reaching out to the Google Ads API support. On the Ads API by following shopping_performance_view report you can pull all the expected shopping Ads performance output results.
With regards to your query, how to get the products where the impressions are not greater than zero values. As per my understanding Zero impressions will be included by default with any reports when segmenting a report unless you are not Excluding zero impressions.
