Since you are encountering issues creating a test client account via the Google Ads UI, I would also recommend that you reach out to the Google Ads Product Support team via this
link, if you wish further guidance on the UI issue.
As an alternative, you can create your test client accounts using the Google Ads API instead. You can check out the example
here, as to how. Make sure to indicate your test MCC/manager account ID as the
managerId and use
OAuth2 credentials generated by a user/email address that has access to the said test MCC/manager account.
If you encounter issues when creating the test account using the API, you may provide the complete
request and
response logs, with the
request-id, so our team can investigate further.
You may then send the requested information via the
Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our
googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
