Adwords API error with CustomerService started recently

Hi,

We've been using the adwords api for a few years, and very recently saw this error when a client was going through the ouath2 process:

Im not sure where to look to debug this further, if anyone has any ideas.

We're in the process of migrating over to the new ads api, but currently still running on the old one.
We're using googleads=14.0.1 from pypi.
