Google Ads API developer token request

Hi,

We made the token request for the Google Ads API 2 weeks ago and have not received a response since.
We also have the contact form with the reason "I'm waiting to hear back about my API application! Help!".

Could I have a feedback on the progress of my application?

Regarding your concern, it appears that this is specifically about your token application. However, kindly note that this channel / our team provides assistance to Google Ads API-related concerns and technical implementations only. Could you confirm if the API Contact Email in the API center is actively monitored by your team? If not, you may double check the email or probably verify if it is in the spam folder. You will not be able to complete the application process without a valid, regularly checked Developer Contact Email.  

To verify if the email address provided to the API compliance team that they will send updates is on the email used as API Contact Email in the API center. To verify again, you may follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Google Ads API Center Account and click the Settings gear in the top-right.
2. From the drop-down, select 'Account Settings'.
3. Select 'Google Ads API Center' from the navigation tab on the left.
4. In the section containing your Developer Details, see API contact email

Hi,

My contact email is correctly filled in, I have checked all my emails up to 1 month old, even in the spam folder.

I have no update from the Compliance team.

Please note that with regards to concerns related to the granting and approval process of these tokens are already outside of the scope of Google Ads API support team. 

With regards to your concern, we don't have the direct email address or phone number of their team. In line with this matter, I recommend reaching out again to Google Ads API Compliance team by this form (Link below), and selecting the option “I'm waiting to hear back about my API application! Help!” under the ‘What is your issue? *’ when you submit the form.

However, if you still don't receive a response from the Google Ads API Compliance team, then can you provide us with the following details below? This is for us to be able to raise this concern with the rest of the team.
 

• MCC ID (for the requested developer token)
• Case ID (if there is any generated)
