App list for app extension

Hi, I am trying to list all the available apps to add an app extension (see attachment). Is is possible to do this through Google Ads API or do I require another service?

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, listing all the available apps to add an app extension is not possible. You may use MobileAppAsset to identify app details, if you want to create these via the Google Ads API.
