When trying to GET on the Local Services Lead Conversations endpoint for a valid CustomerID, I keep getting "Internal error encountered".

The CustomerID is valid and the  endpoint is working fine for other customerIDs - there is no difference in account set up for this either.

How to resolve?

"ErrorMessage": "{\n  \"StatusCode\": 13,\n  \"Details\": \"Internal error encountered.\",\n  \"RequestId\": \"OYMCaopa-s_OARLUW7SUZQ\",\n  \"Failure\": {\n    \"requestId\": \"OYMCaopa-s_OARLUW7SUZQ\"\n  }\n}",

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

From the information provided, it appears that you are using the Google Local Services API. So, could you confirm if my understanding is correct? This will help us route you to the appropriate support team.

If you are using the Google Ads API, please provide us with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end to investigate the issue further.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

You can send the details via Reply privately to the author option, or direct private reply to this email
