Video Whitelist

I have one query regarding my video campaign.

I have create one video campaign in my Adword account, my client wants to whitelist that video placement websites (List of the website where my video will run). Can you plz let me know is their any way for that. I want that to be done using an  API

This feature is not available via API and no such whitelisting is available.
