The values for these columns
metrics_top_impression_percentage
metrics_absolute_top_impression_percentage
are set to 0.0 everywhere in Google Ads Transfer Service for BigQuery for yesterday.
This is not the case for the day before or any other day before that.
Normal values ( > 0.0%) in Google Ads UI. Checked in several GCP projects, Accounts, MCCs.
I checked the Google Ads API and same issue ( all values are null ).
{ "query": "SELECT metrics.impressions,metrics.top_impression_percentage\n\t\t\tFROM campaign\n\t\t\tWHERE segments.date BETWEEN \"2025-04-09\" AND \"2025-04-09\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t", "pageToken": null }

Is it a bug or an update?

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API support team.

To investigate this issue further, provide us with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end along with the uncropped UI screenshot by highlighting the fields that you're trying to retrieve via the API to better assist you on this request.

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java.NetPHPPythonRuby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.

You can send the details via Reply privately to the author option, or direct private reply to this email.

Thanks,

After a second look I found that the columns "Impr. (Top) %" and "Impr. (Abs. Top) %" in Google Ads UI don't have values for yesterday. So, it is not an API problem.
But it is still strange that the values are missing. Is it just delay?

Hi,

Please note that Google Ads API is a reflection of the Google ads UI, Google ads API will retrieve the data whatever is available in the UI. After reviewing the provided information, there is no issue from the API.  Could you please confirm if you need assistance with Google Ads UI? If yes, I would request you to share the customer ID of your Google Ads account (CID) so that we can route you to the appropriate support team,

Thanks,
