No status update after my application for Google Ads API - basic access

I applied for Google Ads API - basic access last week and I still haven't received any status. Not even a registration confirmation email.

Unfortunately, we cannot move forward with our project without basic access. Can someone help me please?

• Case ID: I never received any case id
• Access type: Basic Access
